Box ‘n Fit opened its doors for the first time this year. It is a combination of a boxing area and a classic fitness gym and unique in this region. Because many people find the step to a real boxing school often daunting, but regular gyms usually don’t focus on boxing, Box ‘n Fit has found the perfect combination. To teach members the correct technique, but also to offer space for traditional fitness where everyone feels at ease. Everyone can come here and will be pushed to get the maximum out of themselves.
