- How do check the status of my complaint? Please navigate to the service report menu on the app
- How long will it take for me to get the engineer, works once I lodge complaint through app? It works as similar as Toll-Free complaints.
- Can I lodge escalation calls? No. Need to contact customer care for the same.
- Can I became admin for my facility? How to add or remove users of my facility? No. To add or remove a user please contact our customer care via toll free.
- Does the app works exactly like Toll-Free? Yes
- Can I also call Toll-Free if the complaint lodged through app for further enquiries? Yes.
- Will the Toll-Free and the App complaint number be the same? No
- How many additional users can be added for a facility? 3 Users
- How many complaints can be lodged at the same time? N number of complaints.
- How many images can be uploaded on a service call? 3 images
- Can we register a single service call for multiple machines? No. One service call has to be created for each equipment
